Registration and Forms

If you are a Coordinator, Affliate, Region or Tournament Director, click the Director's Logon link below to go to the Director's Logon page. If you are new and need to be added, please contact Sue Shanks. If you forgot your Userid and or Password, click the Director's Logon link and then click the link on that page to get your logon information.

If you are a Team Manager, click the Team Manager's Logon link below to go to the Team Manager's Logon page. If this is your first time to register as a Team Manager this year, you will need to click the Register button on the Logon page and enter as much information as possible. If you have already registered, enter your Userid and Password on the Logon page, then click the Logon button to view and maintain your profile information and maintain your Teams. If you registered last year, you will need to re-register again this year. If you have registered, but forgot your Userid and or Password, click the Team Manager's Logon link and then click the link on that page to get your logon information.
