Important Paperwork Request

We are working hard to make the tournament amazing for everyone involved.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! We need you to complete your online paperwork by Tuesday.

We need to reduce the load placed on the scoring program by prepping teams prior to the tournament. Therefore we are asking EVERY team to:

  1. Have paperwork submitted by 11:59 pm on Tuesday 3/22.
  2. Prep Area appraisers will start previewing your tournament data forms and mark them complete so they can be sent to the scoring appraisers.
  3. If there are any questions from the TDF’s the prep area appraiser will go over it with your team at the competition site.
  4. Info: All tournament data forms from the regional tournaments transferred over to the State Tournament. Your team has the opportunity to make any changes or upgrades you would like. The prep area paperwork with the declaration of independence will be brand new and need to be filled out.
